Customer Review: 27 Years of Flawless Operation
I don’t know how Krups makes money; this coffee grinder is something I have used every morning for more than 27 years. I have few possessions that have served me as well as this grinder. I don’t know about spices, etc, but this appliance has served me well. It is the Toyota of appliances, many thousand of miles, often used more than once a day, and still humming. What that everything in life were as dependable as my Krups grinder.
Customer Review: Twenty years - time for a new one
I bought two of these actually a bit over 20 yrs. ago. My brother’s needed replacing last year so I bought a Cuisinart which barely grinds the coffee now in less than a year. What a waste of money! My own Krups needs replacing now because the blades have become dull but it is still running. I’m amazed at some of the negative reviews. And yes, we drink lots of coffee so these little machines have had quite a workout. I plan on buying another Krups so I hope they still make them like they used to!
